The Provisional Ballot of Daniel Baker L (full last name redacted) was cast and counted by the Santa Barbara County Elections Office, even though the voter’s signature on the Provisional Ballot Envelope is not even remotely close to the signature on the corresponding Voter Registration Form, as you can see for yourself on on page 7 (Signature comparisons).

Obviously, the voter’s signature on the Provisional Ballot Envelope (below) has no resemblance at all to the signature on the Voter Registration Form (see front cover). In fact, the voter’s signature on the form reflects a name that is clearly not “Daniel Baker L.” The signature appears as something like “Alex Doster.” As such, this Provisional Ballot should have been challenged and disallowed; instead, the vote was counted.

The Voter Registration Form and corresponding Provisional Ballot envelope of Daniel Baker L are the actual trial exhibits submitted into evidence at the Election Contest court hearing.

There are tens of thousands of Voter Registration forms, Provisional Ballot envelopes and Vote by Mail envelopes subpoenaed from the Santa Barbara County Elections Office of which there are countless violations such as this one. I have redacted the last name of Daniel and other confidential information (such as his driver’s license number and phone number) listed on the Voter Registration form, for obvious reasons. Also, if you look at the bottom left hand corner of the Voter Registration Form, you will see the name of Steve B. (last name redacted) and an organization by the name of VERF (Voter Education and Research Fund, aka Voter Education and Registration Fund).

By completing and signing this section, Steve B. is declaring that he was a 3rd Party Circulator that “assisted” Daniel Baker L. in registering to vote. VERF filed for dissolution with the California Secretary of State soon after the Election Contest began in February 2009, at which time the first witness testified that her Voter Registration Form was “entirely forged” by an Ahmed (last name redacted) who was also working for VERF as a 3rd party circulator during the November 2008 general election. The same Ahmed was a salaried employee of the Farr campaign at the time, as evidenced by her 460 Form (campaign disclosure form) on file as a public document. It should be noted that VERF was heavily funded by the government union SEIU to the tune of $325,000, as filed with the California Secretary of State. It should not go unnoticed that the “Custodian for Records” for both the SEIU and VERF was the same person, Lance Olson. The Farr campaign was also funded by the SEIU to the tune of $200,000 for the 2008 Election, as evidenced by the same 460 Form.

What does this suggest to you? If there are thousands of similar examples like this that obviously I cannot print here – which there are, in my possession – who has the temerity to deny fraud and who will pursue the thieves?
