Inaugural two-day event celebrating America’s musical art form under the leadership of Stix Hooper, founder of the jazz group, The Crusaders. Swingin’ the Groove, is scheduled for 5:30 PM Friday, September 28 at the Solvang Veterans Memorial Hall. $80.
