been with the show from the very beginning and showed his first creation back
in 1976, Trace & Bob, presented
him with a special belt buckle for his dedication to the show.

Pat Roberts grew up
right here on the Central Coast, an accomplished horsewoman herself, her love
shines through her creations. Pictured below is Heart & Soul. Pat sure does
have a lot of heart, as she has donated several pieces of her work for worthy
causes.
On hand to help out with the parking was Boy Scout Troop
91 from Santa Maria. Troop leader Frank
Sparks and his crew did a fantastic job of
directing the many cars and bus loads of spectators. Peppertree donates a large
portion of the parking revenue to the troop.
The Kiwanis Club is
a wonderful non-profit organization out of Lompoc that uses its funds raised
here to help the less fortunate. They tend two refreshment stands and a BBQ
catered by Bruce’s Prime Cuts in Lompoc. What a pleasure to see the enthusiasm on the face of Jason
Schaffer when he spoke of the program. For
more information on there program, please visit Kiwanis.org.
Both the Kiwanis Club and the Boy Scouts of America work in
unison with the staff at Peppertree. They are both a tremendous help with the
over all operation and success of our show quotes Trace Eubanks.

and 11th, 2007. Invitations may be obtained by visiting the show’s

Los Olivos Rotary Club Donates Funds to Cottage Hospital
Building Project
The Los Olivos Rotary Club donated $2,000 to the Santa Ynez
Cottage Hospital Foundation. The funds were donated in support of the three-year
building project aimed at expanding and retrofitting spaces to fit the current
and future healthcare needs of the Valley. Cottage Hospital has committed
$5million to complete the $10 million project. With approximately $1 million already
raised through the Santa Ynez Valley Hospital Foundation the remaining $4
million will need to be raised by the community since there are no local,
state, or federal funds available for the project.
Los Olivos Rotary Club President, Gabrielle Robbins, said, “We
are pleased to assist this important community project which will benefit all
of the Valley residents. The funds
donated by Los Olivos Rotary were donated by a club member and then matched by
our Rotary club Foundation. The
Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital has long provided excellent care and
facilities since 1964. We
encourage all Valley residents to contribute to this effort which will ensure
the continued availability of high quality medical services.”
Rotarians are local business men and women professionals
dedicated to doing service work. For additional information, please call Gabi
Robbins, club president, at (805) 688-3423
