LASAGNA

• 1 pound lasagna noodles cooked & drained

• 15 ounces ricotta cheese

• 2 eggs

• 5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

• 3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated

• 52 ounces spaghetti sauce

• Fresh basil leaves

 

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, and 1 1/2 cup mozzarella; mix well. Lightly grease 15”x9” pan,  then spread 1 cup pasta sauce. Top with half each of the lasagna, cheese mixture, remaining pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese mixture. Repeat layering.

Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Add fresh basil on top
